The COVID-19 pandemic forced a rethinking of the in-person training models used by the National Police Corps (CNP), accelerating the adoption of e-learning methodologies. This article explores the advantages, challenges, and opportunities of a blended model adapted to police training needs. Based on an analysis of the institutional, technological, and educational context of the CNP, a strategic framework is proposed for the sustainable implementation of online and hybrid training, with emphasis on pedagogical quality, instructor training, and equitable access.
