Information policy on funding sources

Funding Disclosure Policy – Cuadernos Unimetanos

Authors must disclose any financial support received from public or private entities for data collection, analysis, interpretation of results, or for drafting the article at the time of submission.

This disclosure must include:

  • The name of the funding entity.
  • The funding identification number.
  • A detailed description of the role played by the funding entity in the research (determination of the research question, study design, involvement in any research stage, analysis, drafting, or review of the manuscript).

Mandatory Declaration in Two Sections:

  1. In Metadata:
    When entering the article’s metadata, this information must be included under the section "Funding Agencies." A complete reference must be provided, including:

    • Project title.
    • Funding entity/entities.
    • Program or call.
    • Funding reference.
  2. In the Article:
    This information should be stated at the end of the article, before the bibliographic references, under a section titled "Funding."
