Abstract

This study compares the use of political propaganda in the German Democratic Republic and 21st Century Socialism in Venezuela (2014-2017), based on Domenach's principles. It identifies common strategies such as simplification, exaggeration, repetition, and information control to influence public opinion. Despite historical and cultural differences, both regimes used propaganda to consolidate power and shape citizens' perceptions.
