Abstract

This research was carried out under the modality of a feasible project. It consisted of the intervention with the methodology of Appreciative Inquiry (A.I.) in Link Gerencial Consultores, a consulting and training company that seeks to enhance the competitiveness of its clients through the design of innovative tailor-made proposals, with excellence in service quality; for which they considered fundamental the training of its members in activities that promote well-being, self-knowledge, and teamwork. The General Objective of General Objective: To implement the methodology of Appreciative Inquiry in Link Gerencial Consultores (headquarters Gerencial Consultores (Venezuela headquarters) as a strategy for the construction of a vision of the future based on their personal vision of the company's future based on personal and group strengths. It counted with the participation
of 18 members; executing the five phases that compose the AI model, and fulfilling the specific objectives designed for each stage the specific objectives designed for each stage: 1) "Define": in which the organization's successful narratives were identified. 1) "Define": in which the organization's successful narratives were identified through appreciative dialogues. 2) "Discover": where the individual and group strengths and positive aspects that make up the Positive Core of the organization were identified. the positive aspects that makeup Link's Positive Core. 3) "Dreaming": in which the participants' aspirations and desires with respect to the and desires of the participants with respect to the future of the company. 4) "Design": where participants constructed a detailed action plan to achieve the Dream. 5) "Destination": Detecting the progress achieved according to what was proposed in the Design phase.
